We are in the process of identifying and securing a site for a well with the potential for high water yield. This is our first priority and is already under way. Income from water sales will provide funding to assist residents with training and financial assistance to develop their own businesses.
We are currently partnering with individuals and small groups to assist in the production of liquid cleaning soap, teaching English classes, and in establishing an egg production business. We are planning a community training and work center to house the liquid soap production venture. Future plans call for expanding the training and work center to include handcrafted bar soaps for the numerous local lodges, and to establish a school uniform production and repair business.
